WEDNESDAY 14/10- Slow 5K run.
Pushups- 12, 17, 13, 13, 17
THURSDAY 15/10- No training.
FRIDAY 16/10- AM- Easy 7K with John. Knees a little tender.
Lunch- 1K swim in 26.54. Oh, so slow.
Pushups- 14, 19, 14, 14, 19
SATURDAY 17/10- No training.
SUNDAY 18/10- Easy 6K past the Lake. Tired.
Pushups- 16, 21, 15, 15, 21. Last set was very hard.
